Description

I have written a tutorial on setting up an atmosphere in DazStudio using Iray, If you are interested in adding some beautiful god rays to your images check it out.

I have included a link to a DazStudio Scene Subset I created for the tutorial which includes everything you need to add an atmosphere to your renders.

Enjoy.

Thank you for this great tutorial, especialy for the good explanation on the SSS settings... Even if I spend over 1h to find why the sun appeared on the opposite side of the cameraΒ  Β  ... before finding that the rotations of the dome also affect the position of the sun, even if it is attached to a camera (so, dear readers, don't forget to reset to zero the rotations of the dome, like me Β  )

Nice! Don't relate as an artist, but reminds me very much
of a place I've camped on the AT. What a wonderful scene!Β

This is a great tutorial. Even if somebody doesn't want to use the atmospherics, the tip about setting up a sun camera is brilliant.
