Description
Really...Wittgenstein calculated it wrong. Maybe because he was defective???? He should be in the basement for over 20 years but he talks about 1,38 hours.I was obsessed with this character since I was a child. It was kinda awesome to watch the movies again. I'm a big Brave little toaster fan. Even when I think the sequels are not as good as the first movie, I still watch them cause of Wittgenstein. XD This old TLW-728 just caused the roots for my nerdy life.
Brave little toaster (c) Disney
artwork is mine.
Ok. This is a lazy little flat colored fanart. Hope you enjoy it.

so if he wasn't pc compatible I presume he ran something like UNIX, which means he be more compatible with things like, Linux, BSD, Solaris, and MAC OS.... and also android and iOS funny basically everything but windows

i actually think it was suppose to be more or less a little joke, since 1:38 was aroud the running time of the movie up till the gang met WittgensteinΒ

Not really...the film itself is only about an hour and thirteen minutes long, and they meet Witty 40 minutes in.

Cool drawing!
He was one of my favorite characters from the movies, and even I didn't like the one when they go to mars too much, I always thought it wasn't as good as the first one and the one about the animals (that one's story was a bit more interesting than the other secuel I think) but I watched all them because of Wittgenstein too

The Mars one was weird. (The book was totally different)
But I alos watched it for the few seconds of Wittgensteinsomeness. XD

Maybe this is not an error, because the fictional machines and cyborgs perceive time as an illusion, so it could be that 20 or 30 years looked like a hour and a half to him.

That always irked me. It *sounds* impressive, but effectively he's saying; "I've been down here a couple hours, ever since the transistor was invented."

Hes very popular in my mind Its been so long! I can only parts remember (Out of all the movies I watched ): I dont even remember their names.. ) Is that wittgenstein had a virus and everyone tried to help him, and he sang a song after he got better xD It was my favorite song

Retromissile In reply to SnowieUnexplained [2013-02-16 09:22:44 +0000 UTC]
Ohhh he sang a song when he was ill. Quite sad, since he told the story how he was a great computer and then abandoned cause there were better computers.
I think you can watch the movie on youtube.

Not a fan of the movie, but I feel so bad for Wittengenstein. That's so sad and all, going from the most intelligent supercomputer to outdated and, do you mind if I reference the first movie? Worthless. *hugs Wittgenstein*

I kinda disliked the flat story about saving animals from a totally cliche evil guy that wants to sell them to a lab. Flat story is flat, sadly. But Wittgenstein's story fascinated me when I was a child. XD I loved this character. XD
Thanks a lot.

Me too. I always remembered this guy because of his backstory and for some reason, I never really think much about the main characters as much, but for some reason the appliances with the saddest backstories draw me in. Too bad they only get 2 mins. of screentime.

I was hoping someone would've caught onto this big error.

Nicht schlecht...aber auch nicht exact, trotzdem geil!
4.968.000.000.000 would be much more precise...but, wouldn't sound that cool

4.968.000.000.000 wΓ€hre aber nicht das richtige Zitat und das Ergebnis 1,388736347864444 ist zu lang fΓΌr eine Sprechblase. Schonmal was davon gehΓΆrt, dass man nicht alle Dezimalstellen angeben muss?

erm, yea, that's exactly what I said...it wouldn't be the same quote and it wouldn't have the same nice ring...and with that font size it wouldn't be physically enough space to fit. I did hear about approximations, just like Ο=3,14159265... or just 3,14, thank you for asking, not to mention that I have underlined the version with less decimals, so I noticed that it calculated right, not wrong. I was just curios about the numbers...the comment was just mathematically oriented, it wasn't a correction or an insult, on the contrary, it was a praise...there is no need to use harsh words

P.S. probably i have a math fixation cuz I will soon have my math finals and am really nervous...
