Yes I know, shock horror; I've designed a non-female character!Though I suppose it's not technically male either...I'm not even sure if it's a hero or a villain.
All I know is it's an OMAC of some description and it's from New Genesis (hence the gaudy decoration)...or perhaps Apokolips...or maybe a human scientist messing around with Forth World technology. Who knows?
[EDIT] Since I REALLY wasn't happy with how this turned out I made some changes in the design and colouring. Still not 100% pleased with the result, but it's somewhat of an improvement.

The OMAC unit that this is based off of is part of a nanotechnology hive mind spawned from Brother Eye, a satellite created by Batman to keep an eye on worldwide crime and prevent it. But the satellite was taken over by Maxwell Lord, a metahuman who could control people to an extant, and he gave Brother Eye an Artificial Intelligence and injected thousands of people with nanites that could turn people into OMACs, they could adapt to any metahumans abilities after just looking at them and they were programmed into kidnapping or eliminating any, and I mean ANY, metahumans they came across. But they were still just humans underneath the robotic shell of these nanomachine monsters. One OMAC is the equivalent of an entire army platoon, but these OMACs are an entire hive program and will converge on targets in entire groups and execute their programming to the point.
