Everytime Nanda was looking into a company to audit their tax, Nanda always found some sign about tax avoidance. Sometimes it's false positive, often it's unintentional mistake that can be fixed easily, and sometimes it would warrant further investigation into said company's financial. But she never had seen such a blatant way to avoid tax like this.

"What the hell?? How dumb are they to actually write 'do not report this expense' in capital letters on the procurement form?? Don't they know this is the first document any half-witted auditor will check??"

Nanda didn't even need to dig further. All the document evidences she needed were there. However, to make sure she included all of them, she was rechecking each pages of the forms when she got a call.
