This is the stuff I like, realizm. Great work on this one.

Tweak this a little more and you have a master piece. I can see through the wires to the face. This is just a suggestion but you might want to cut the face texturing when it gets to the holes where the wires go in. Otherwize wonderful job and a fav for you.
