Description
There were no words, no direct communication, no way of speaking to one another. Bud had been lying on the canyon for a while now, next to the nuclear warhead he deactivated. The angel was gracefully gliding towards him in the water, emanating a bright pink light that shined onto him. Bud simply smile at the beautiful, and somehow benevolent looking creature; and it looked back to him with its wide curious eyes. It seemed emotionless, yet at the same time grateful as it stretched out its thin arm towards Bud. Bud lifted his hand slowly to reach out for his savior. And with no effort, the alien pulled Bud out of the Abyss, and to its home. A beautiful alien city of pure light. Bud was full of awe and wonder as the Alien took him out of the darkness, and to someplace where he would be safe, and given fresh oxygen to breathe- rather than that foul pink liquid that he needed to breathe in order to complete his mission.
As said, I TRIIIIIIIIIED. Pulling off shadows is one thing, but full lighting in the picture was another. I hope it looks good to you guys, it certainly looked good compared to what I thought it was going to look like.
Now I know what you're thinking, the date says I finished this yesterday, and yes I did. But I got distracted with making a Pinkie Pie Plushie out of pipecleaners that I forgot to post it... OH WELL!!!
TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK PLEASE!!!
And if you're wondering where this came from, it came from James Cameron's 1989 film "The Abyss". It's such an awesome movie, I highly recommend it to everyone.

You're welcome. The Abyss is truly an underrated masterpiece... Avatar, The Aybss, Aliens, and Titanic are my favorite James Cameron films. They truly remark the splendor of nature in a historical/sci-fi experience...
