Godspeed is a Californian speedster with a laid back attitude, after all, when you can get anywhere near instantly, what's the rush? Later found himself working with the Silver Saint and jokingly calls their team the A-men.

Moving faster than the speed of sound causes him to enter "Spirit Speed", where his body becomes like a spirit, avoiding detrimental environmental effects. There may be no speed limit when in Spirit Speed, and actions appear instantaneous.
