This makes me wanna try with the new render engine in daz studio again. I just think that windows 8 isn't a very big fan of the program with all the crashes.

This is rendered with Octane... not that lesser engine from studio called... Iray or something.

Iray is actually miles ahead of 3Delight! And it actually puts my gpu to use and light behaves in the scene like it does in real life. Nvidia knows what they're doing, they did use iray for The winter soldier and every marvel movie afterwards.

I suppose I have to agree since I have no idea what 3Delight is... but speaking with the developers of Octane... they were apparently suitably unimpressed... but anything above what is bundled with the core software is a huge big plus.

Iray really pushes lifelike renders out with no special lighting. Though it is prone to crashing but hopefully that can be fixed. Another downside is that the shaders we're used to using is D|S like ubershaders and Subsurface don't work with it either.

I think this would be typical for third party renderers... otherwise just use the built in application. The idea of better engines is to give better results but the trade off is lack of some base functionally and shaders that we are use to. It's just another learning curve to test us.

Not to mention scene lights are handled in percentages, but in Lumens and color temps. More realism on top of an already overlayered cake. But it is a delicious cake.

Looks like she's trying to get rid of a wedgie.
But I guess with a suit like that you're bound to get one.
Great design on the scooter. It's cute.
