Pretty nice! But if you don't mind I have a few suggestions.
-His Hands are moving the opposite direction than they should. For example, his right hand should be out when his left leg is out. But it might just be an outline error making it look like it's the other leg when it's not XD I do that all the time :3
-His Quill movement is a bit inconsistent with how he jumps up when he's running. But you already noticed I think.
-Also, his hands only turned into a ball in the intro when he was making quick movements.But then again this is a test animation I think so it doesn't matter.
Either way I really like your animation and your style associated with it
I know I'm not one to give suggestions since I have nothing on my page but that doesn't mean I don't have a ton of Sonic animations I haven't gotten around to uploading :3

the looping on the head is kinda choppy but it's awesome.

yeah, thats the only real flaw that bugs me... I can fix it but this was old and a test and I'm busy working on a real animation so I really don't need to go back to this.
