Description
I enjoy this photo a lot, mostly because this wasn't a posed shot. I noticed this couple a few feet away from me, pretended i was shooting something else, and waited for them to walk into the frame. this man kindly smiled and posed anyway. and i LOVE the way his wife is looking at him.

i'm so glad you like it. well, i was at a festival, listening to some music, and i was looking for interesting people to photograph. i saw this man and his wife a few feet away, pointed my camera in the direction they were walking, and then shot the frame when they stepped in. i guess the man knew i was aiming for them, because he smiled! the wife's expression was pure luck!
thanks for liking it so much!

Meredith .............
You must have a secret. I swear if you come to visit paris, I'll stay few meter away, not to bother, and will observe how you make your photos... I'm a great fan of your work. Really!
I can feel life in all this!
Regarding the contrast, yes its all your fault! Guilty you are!
But I don't see what can be wrong with it?
They are details in the white hairs of the man, maybe the dark tones are lil' bit too dark (the face of the man could be....hum... well... who Am I to say that?) but this can be corrected easely. A print on a nice paper would probably make this image looks better, it deserve an print on a good epson printer at last.
(Internet and monitors are not appropriate to enjoy photos...)
