You can use GIMP. It's a free art program, and it can open/edit photoshop files.

5 points per line, 1 loop = 1 point, total up at 30 points

I went ot check on your application again and it's of a star shape, there should be a straight line from a point to another, refer to those samples at the bottom of the tutorial as see if you can still tweak it

After checking on your application graph again, same with Semi-Charmed137, your graph resembles more of a star shape, there should be a straight line from a point to another, refer to those samples at the bottom of the tutorial as see if you can still tweak it

If in doubt, just drawing straight lines and color in the graph works too
