This is the first of my 100 themes challenge! This image introduces our main character, the little blue-grey kitten. 
The calico is Eaglefang9 's character. If any of you want your characters to have cameos in this, comment with their references below! I'll only be using natural cat designs. If the have hair or accessories, I will take it away if I draw them in the background. They will most likely be drawn out of character (All cats in this will probably be in ThunderClan or a Kittypet). I want this to be consistent!

Awww this is so cute!! I love the little kittens too they are just so squishy looking...! If I had more random OCs lying around I would totally give u their ref, but I don't really...if I end up having any in time to come then I shall give u their red if u need some more! 
btw...do u mind if I do a similar introduction...it's kinda standard to do them as kittens...

You could use Icepelt sometime, if you want! Warrior Cats Meme Sorry, that's the closest to a ref I have of her. 
Go ahead and do whateversort of introduction you want! As long as their general stories are different enough from each other, I don't see why the beginning can't be similar.
Right now this cat is still unnamed! She's a kitten and apprentice for the majority of this challenge though, so only her prefix really matters xD I thought you already thought of a name for yours?

Ooh I see. Well for me, I named it loosely after what my story will be about, if that makes any sense. Maybe there's an element in your plot that you can name yours after? Say there's a prophecy that mentions stars- you can add stars to your title? IDK
By the way, how's that stable journal going? The Kaimanawa challenge opens in 5 days!

its going pretty good! And im really excited cuz I can put a journal skin on the journal, still looking for the perfect one lol XD but I'm almost done Magic's new ref! I put a little dogwood flower to represent my stables, which I thought was an awesome idea C: I'm so exited for the challenge!!

Starter means that there are no bloodlines. You didn't breed two in-game horses to get him. Say I bred my Kaimanawa Wildlower with my Kaimanawa Buttercream. On their foal's reference sheet, instead of saying starter, I would put the parent's names.

oh that makes sense now...thats why there r the lines that keep like becoming more lines...so that u can put his parents and such...so how old should i make him? 2? and it says Driving on his ref? do i keep that? what would u suggest that i train him in? cuz clydesdales r pretty huge so they wouldnt be the best jumpers...maybe chuck wagon racing?

Yep. The lines make it so you can put the parents, grandparents and so on. I don't know much about horses, but I think horse training starts at 3? I'm not sure. 2 sounds like a good number too.
Driving (wagon driving) was the discipline that I was going to train him in but I never got around to it. That's generally a good discipline for draft breeds. I'm not sure of others though, you'd have to google it I guess.
Chuck wagon racing usually uses racing horses (mostly thoroughbreds) but I'm probably going to use kaimanawas.
I'm gonna do chuck wagon racing, but I just need to pull together a team first. I have about 3/6 right now
