Arrg, I hate moths too XD The other night there was this huge moth in my room 'cept I couldn't see it 'cuz the light was off, and it flying around sounded just like fire XD Started looking everywhere out my window and door and such for a fire and found a moth XD

The white scales may have been a total bugger to paint, and I can imagine just how painstaking that was, but they looks absolutely superb! I also really like how the dragon's mane merges directly into his scales, and how each piece of mane is floating independantly in the water!
Once again, this looks absolutely magical!

When will people learn that whatever happens on dA doesn't actually mean anything? I mean, seriously! They dinnae ken anythin'!
Although, you could make half a living by whoring yourself out here and selling works and prints and merchandise etc. D:
But a career? If anythin', dA works against you.
Although... it does provide you with good skills to be a freelance artist that works on commission. It teaches you that having values and dignity will get you nowhere in the industry. Like being an actor. Or a prostitute.

When art teachers tell you you're gonna be successful, they should clarify that what they really mean is, you'll have no problem becoming an art teacher. Nobody cares if your kid is being taught to doodle by a talentless hack! D:
Weeell, quite a few people from DA get into games careers and such, but not because of the amount of pageviews and favourites they have, pfff. They actually get out there and present themselves to companies, or build up their own. DA is just a side thing, like LJ. But, most people here think that once they get popular with the writhin' masses, all they'll have to do is sit back and let the offers roll in xD
That's probably why *dolphy threw a fit when she didn't win Disney's talent scout thing, ha
My parents want me to live as an art whore. There's this talentless hack of a girl that set up shop in New Mills with...badly painted mermaid pictures covered in glued on sequins and glitter and shit, cheese-graters painted pink, etc...and they're like, you could be her! D;

I can't believe you do your works in watercolors! The colors are just so smooth and creamy . . . *drool, drool* I also really admire how your pieces are really detailed, but they still have a soft feel about them.
