naw I didn't, but I explained it to someone not too long ago. Lemme find that...
"Usually I shade it normally to define the shape or fur direction, then I take a really tiny brush size (usually 6-8 px on a canvas upwards of 4000 square) and start doing the fur. Same goes for the hair, but with longer strokes.
'Course this is rather inefficient, but hey, I guess it works XD
There are also a bunch of really nice tutorials (the better ones should more accurately be called "guides") that you can find around, both on and off deviantart."
