Yeah, I wanted to do something a little different than the usual warships. I always try to do my own thing style wise. Not easy with all the ace works out there. I try to make my designs just that little bit different. I usually try not to copy other styles rather than going with my instincts. One thing i have noticed is that many designs are 'too busy' ie their are layers and layers of detail that is hard to take in I try to put detail in but not too much. Not overloading it.

The ship itself is unarmed. It has a cutting laser, the front stubby protrusion for cutting asteroids, ice comets and space hulks but its not designed for combat use.  Maybe a few demo charges maybe even some missile type explosive for ranged asteroid smashing. Not practical in a fight. Such a ship may be attatched to a larger naval fleet for towing and equipment hauling in which case it may get basic point defense weapons but it would stick close to bigger ships for protection.
