Great job! The lighting is very well done. You can see the refection in the eyes of the spider and the light falling from the top makes the hairs really pop out at you. The hairs on the legs almost glow with light. The composition is typical as a full frontel shot. I have seen this before many times, but that does not take away from it's effectiveness. Really it is the perfect composition. Effective color; bronze, brown yellow, white and lime green are very harmonious and juxtoposed with the grotesque imagery makes for a very interesting shot!...a very good professional quality shot!

" title="Heart"/> spiders, and when I saw this on the front page, it REALLY caught my eye. I mean, look at those eyes! The composition is just great, you can tell every little detail this spider has, even the reflection in his eyes is great! This picture gave the spider personality and REALLY brought it to life. I feel like it's climbing on me right now! If you look at it close enough you can see the strong detail on the legs, which is always hard to catch. It looks like it may jump out at you, well, it IS a Jumping Spider after all!

They're rather cute, and I love how up close and personal you got to this spider. Normally I'm not a fan of spiders, but this is really awesome.
