as we say in french to someone who is about to sail away, and we want to wish them a good trip : "bon vent !" (litterally "good wind")

Let them fall and they will fall perfectly - the paper knows how to fall perfectly into place, and so did it this time again.

part of the fun here was that most of these were literally scraps - odds and ends lying around not really being saved for anything. except the text at the bottom. can you read that, btw?

if one cannot [let] make things fall perfectly, let them fall as they would

oh good. thanks. it's so scribbly - but actually a bit easier on the screen than on the paper, which is smaller.

do you know i resisted reading glasses for years? if i had the newspaper at just the right distance from my eyes and concentrated very hard i could read it but the maps! this was before we used google maps for everything - i would unfold one and try to make out the name of a town and

lol. you know i have been using them for a year now.
and i started ebook reading just to get rid of them.
but no lying to myself would change the fact

i didn't think i ever heard you mention them when we first met.
but that's right, eventually you just have to give in. i have one prescription pair but i can also use non-prescription ones, i have a couple of those in different places around the house so i don't have to carry them around with me
you know what else was hard - restaurant menus. dark in there sometimes as well as the small print

well, there is only one thing i can say : it's a sad sad world ...
