Nice work! very emotion-evocing piece. The skeletons are a nice touch!
Be careful when duplicating stock images such as the crows that you adjust each one so it is different - the human eye naturally seeks out duplicate objects. When the eye sees the crow it is instantly attracted to the other 3. Try adjusting the shadows under their wings to make them different.
Otherwise though this is awesome!
