Description
Lee was one of the three R1s that remained on the island of Obbeeys. He was patient and quiet, but he had a stood up to the bigger engines when necessary. One night in 1937, he, Bea and Layla were sleeping in Jannooby sheds, when some scrap merchants broke in and started to cut them apart. The merchants were expecting two enginess, not three, so it took longer than they had expected. Because of that, they were caught in the act and arrested. Unfortunately for Bea and Lee, it was to late. A memorial was erected at the sheds in memory of the two engines that left the world of the living too early. Some say that their spirits are still lingering around, but whenever Layla is asked about that, she denies anything.
