I like this a lot, but I'd be interested in seeing a shot focused right on the stem... thing. It's an interesting shape, and a close-up of it would be kind of a cool abstract.

My only other suggestion would be to try and color balance it so that the background is closer to white. Looks like it was taken under a fluorescent light, which just butchers colors if the shot isn't white-balanced as such.

Good subject matter, though, lol.

i love onions try to fit the photo to screen,it is so big.if you smaller it it would be better seen...
