Description
Sona The Maven of the Strings (aka Miku with Tits.) From League of Legends. It's very likely her appearance was based off of Miku because there are some Weeaboos working over at Riot that tend to throw in Haruhi & Touhou references.Long overdue drawing of Sona, and the more I look at it the more I get annoyed at the details (I just about gave up at her instrument which is called an "etwahl".)
As much as I love Sona I can't really say it takes much skill to play her, just the mashing of Q-W-E is enough for most people to master her, the difference between a good & bad Sona is her ability to harass, predict where her strikes will land, pop great ultimates, and know when to retreat as well as heal/speed up retreating teammates.
It's still pretty embarrassing when I play support and end up with more kills than our ranged carries, or end up harassing a lane too well while being defensive, but that just might be a sign that my Elo is shit.
Next up, Fan-art of Rammus, The "Okay."

Why does everyone assume that just because someone likes anime, or Jap stuff, they're instantly a weeaboo? Maybe the person there just wanted to make a reference. T_T
Weeaboo is a stupid term anyway. People like to call REGULAR anime fans this term, when there is quite a difference. Unless the guy/girl at Riot is going around dressing like an anime and using Japanese terms, they're not a weeaboo. People, fudging get it right. A weeaboo wants to EMULATE Japense culture. An otaku just LOVES it. Fudge.
Anyhoo, good work though.

did you know that "otaku" is a derisive term? like, not a good thing to be?

It depends on the strength and dedication that applies to the term. If I were to go out and buy a bunch of dakimakura, anime posters, and start watching everything in Japanese, that would not be too healthy. You'd be a terrible otaku, because otaku isn't necessarily anything bad unless you make it bad. If you think of it as bad, it's bad. Do I? Naw. It's how you see it. Do you see it as a good thing to be? You don't. So you see an otaku as being a bad thing to be. It's different for different people.

Getting more kills than the ranged carries with sona is VERY fun.

I mean, they remade her abilities to fix the whole keyboard smashing that was how to play Sona previously. Granted, I haven't played her since pre-remake, so I don't actually know how much of a difference it actually made.
I think this is a cute piece. Being able to view all the strings makes no sense, perspective-wise, but this is one of those rare cases where I would actually believe you if you told me it was a stylistic choice.
Really, my only complaint is that her hands are resting on the outside rim of the etwahl and not on the strings.
ps, yeah, that etwahl is a pain in the ass to draw

Shes still keyboard smash-tastic, the only difference is having to keep track of what your last chord was for your passive.
Errors everywhere, I have 0 musical knowledge, so I am just an idiot haha. I'm not gonna hide behind the style barrier

Her passive + Q + Sheen is pretty devastating early game.
Of course, I never use it, because I only play cool champs like Swain and Trundle.

Oh man you have no fucking idea.
This one game. 56 minutes in. All towers were gone.
Three of my guys lose in a teamfight near the enemy Nexus, so I pop my Wriggles ward next to one of the inhibitors and try to escape with one of my bros who was playing Cho. So, with my 475 movement speed, I make a mad dash out of their base, pillar of filth behind Cho (letting him escape into the jungle and recall), and then proceed to let the entire enemy team chase me halfway across the map before disappearing into a bush, pillaring the entrance, and teleporting to the ward. I managed to destroy an inhibitor and one nexus tower before running to the goddamn entire enemy team and escaping into the jungle with half of my health.
I tell you, man, that fucking Contaminate + Merc Treads and massive movespeed. Trundle is the goddamn trolliest champ, not even Teemo can compare.

Trundle's OP.
He just hides from Morello so he never realizes it.
Kinda like Rammus. Morello nerfed him like a billion times before he got it right. And Rammus is still freakin' awesome.

Pfaww, they're SECRETLY OP (like Swain). People just don't cry about it because they don't carry teams or generally wreck shit like all of the new fancy carries do.
Although calling Rammus' Taunt "OP" is just a little bit silly, though. Its cooldown isn't that bad, it is only executable at Melee range, AND it's only a single-target taunt that lasts half a second longer than Shen's skill-shot, team-interrupting, "oh shit looks like your carry, AP nuke, tank, anti-carry, and support can't do shit for 2.5 seconds!" taunt. Not saying that Shen is OP, but that's kind of the point. He's not OP, and he does have advantages over Rammus.

If you land a Q/Blue power chord (Passive, every 3 casts gives your auto attack a bonus effect depending on her current buff) on a fleeing enemy it's pretty devastating and a surefire kill most of the time, she can be a nasty vulture.
