OK I finished a new reference sheet for Ric... at least for now. Yes, IT"S NOT YET FINISHED, hueh. I still plan to add texture to it and maybe shading. But I'm done with it for a while. I don't have much experience in drawing and it took me way to long to do this xD.

I felt the urge to draw a new reference sheet for Ric so I started doing it in October. I think my vision of Ric evolved since the last time Red-IzaK had drawn the first reference sheet (fav.me/d2iqp57 ) back in 2010. I tried adding some more vibrant colours to him while still maintaining the classic western dragon look.

Personally I think everyone with the slightest drawing skills should try to draw one's characters' reference sheet on their own. Really, if You have a clear vision of your character, it's always batter to visualise it yourself even as a help for an artist who you consider to commission for a ref sheet in the future.

Done in Paint Tool SAI and Photoshop. Oh and first all was done on paper and scanner just for the record xD.
Great thanks to for all the advices. And a small thanks to who helped with the composition (what... I struggled for almost 2 hours to put all the body parts in a good looking order xD).

So, yeah. How do You like it? Anything that I should change? All ideas are welcome. I still plan on working on it so everything can be changed.

Also what do You think about his name? When I created it originally it was supposed to sound like a dragon name that is hard to pronounce to humans but that's the problem... It's hard to pronounce xD. Maybe I should shorten it just to "Ric"?

Or maybe you would you like me to specify more of Ric's character traits (although it's that's not a purpose of a reference sheet, right? xD)? Please write in the comments.
