I did a cosplay group where she was Arno, and I dressed as one of the CO-OP character.Costume made by me.

Funny.. but in all seriousness it just provides a major avenue to her throat and heart that can be cut through. Just a lot of exposure just to achieve the over sexed look and appeal to a male audience.
Not to mention the period of time as the French Revolution, people might mistake her for a whore from the local brothel for dressing like that.
Also additionally I'd say to be more authentic, she'd need to be wearing a corset, a modern brazier wasn't necessarily available at the time... I think... I'd have to do some quick reading on that bit of underwear history.

In all seriousnessΒ - it's a cosplay based on historical fiction game.Β Nothing in AC is that realistic.Β The guy parkours around like it's nothing wielding a small armory of flintlock pistols and swords.Β Flintlock pistols are not that light, and some yet he blends in wearing all of his garb and weapons with little to no sound - doubtful.Β The piece is titled AC Unity - it never claims or hints to be historically accurate or practical; cosplay is an embodiment of a character while having fun.Β People do the best they can with their budgets, time, and talent - ease up Mr History Channel.

It's just constructive criticism. If you can't handle constructive criticism, I don't think posting up such things on an art website is such a good idea.
Would you rather I gush over he size of her breasts or her pretty facial features? Am I not being a mindful viewer of this art piece by suggesting ways in which the artist/model might improve their work for the future?
As for the commentary on historically accurate or practical representations within the Assassin's Creed Franchise, I'd say that most modern versions of the game Post AC-I and AC-II are no great representative. Assassin's Creed the original captured the imagination by providing what seemed like a reasonably realistic and approach to historical figures of the period depicted. Many of the marked men in the original Assassin's Creed died mysteriously or by assassination. The introduction of a magic silver ball that turned out to be high technology wasn't even a thing until the absolute end of the game, which by that time you were so engrossed into the story and characters that you were willing to put up with it!

Can see the middle part of your Victoria's Secret Bombshell bra (the adds 2 cup sizes bra). Its very distinctive in the little twisty shape it makes. So while I have no problem with the showing off of boobs, it does bother me a little that you feel the need to pad them up and give your boobs and bra more importance in the picture than the cosplay or even your lovely face. Plus if you're going for straight sex appeal, natural looks a lot sexier than padded and pushed up at any size. Aside from that its a nice picture though.Β

And are we seriously concerned about the legitimacy of an outfit in video games? They are video games, separated from reality. So anything said to the tune of "Realism" is out the door.

While this has turn into a fight over people's opinions, I'll come and say my piece.
It's a wonderful costume, I love the attention to detail. Hoods have always been an issue with me, I can't seem to make them right no matter how many tutorials I look at and follow, so for that, bravo.
The gloves are amazing, and the sash/belt I love because again, detail. Also, I just noticed the white streak in the black hair, I just love that in general. All in all, beautiful work.
And to all the leeches who want to talk about boobs and stuff, grow up. Try treating her like a human who did something amazing for a change.

This is the reason why I do not like female cosplaying. For some reason, cosplaying women always need to show off their breasts. It is almost like cosplaying is not about being a character, but about showing off boobs. Something very dissapointing in my opinion. Because the costume used in this cosplay is very nice.
Of course everyone is free to dress/cosplay in a way he or she likes. But I think (some) cosplays shouldn't be about showing others about how much breast you have.
Cosplays should be about dressing like your favourite hero/character. Not about showing your breasts.
