Not really finished yet. I want more contrast in the face. anyhow here's my prep work. i sketched the picture with pen a couple times before putting it on the pumpkin to narrow in on the proportions. drawing live people are tough X(/Finished product

Lol well I only carve once a year so that is probably why. But I did do a lot better this year! I made a phoenix and it actually looks presentable!
What tools do you use? I imagine it is extremely difficult to get all those tiny details worked in
