Voice preference: Scott McNeilThis is Boa. he's the very first threat that appears to Trunks and the earth and is kinda the kick off to my story. if you know Fullmetal Alchemist, he's very much like Kimbley. he'll follow along with orders but is very much out for himself, and he loves destruction and chaos.
Boa's origin is something that won't be revealed until late in my fan fic, but will be a very shocking development.

Never heard of Scott McNeil (Only watched the German and Japanese Dub of DBZ), but I'd picture him with Dennis Schmidt-Foß' Voice.
Dunno why, it just fits.
That aside, I really adore his design.
Such an original villain, I love his hair color and the evil Smirk.

he's done a lot more than piccolo. but his piccolo voice is pretty close to what i'd picture for Boa.
