still practicing my copics with this one. the clothing colors aren't final yet and i'd love some feedback.this is Ion's younger sister Tomo, taken from tomato (i know not technically a vegetable, but it's a popular name in anime and it suits her.)
Tomo is a lot more relaxed than her brother. she loves to fight (as a saiyan promptly should), but rarely takes anything very seriously. and she always has a wise crack to give people who annoy her.

I forgot to ask... When Ion and Celari are changing their hair colour? Is it similar to Supersaiyan form?

ahhh an excellent question! the changing of hair is a permanent side effect. meaning it's not a transformation but a mutation. the result is very close to super saiyan power, but it is still inferior to the real deal. Ion and the other surviving saiyans have heard about the super saiyan who destroyed frieza, but are unaware of how to unlock the power. so they turn to genetics in hope of an answer.
