Based on 's HyperForce Ranger
HYPERFORCE! White- *Evil Grin* Power Up~
Background Music www.youtube.com/watch?v=NGOMFr… "Surface Tension" By Teminite & PsoGnar An image of HyperForce Blue was used as a Base Body Done in Adobe Illustrator & PhotoshopWell.... I didn't have enough time to do this in a pose , but this was interesting to do non the less.
Since this was somewhat an Evil ranger, I decided to give it Talons on the boots, winged shoulders, a big collar (too much LupinRanger >w<), and added blue lines around to break the white with black more the same way was done on Vesper / HyperForce Black

No worries. Also, as for his backstory, think a PR version of Tai Lung. Someone who has a bone (or five) to pick with the current Hyperforce Team, since he sees himself as being the only one 'worthy' enough to be a Power Ranger.

As for the 2nd half, I think I understand, he's like PRJF Jarrod, the Black/Gold Lion who got passed up for leadership so he joined the BG's and became Evil to have revenge, or something like that, Right?

You'd honestly like it. It does the whole Hero's Journey, but has some unique ideas.
And yah. Oddly enough, I kinda had the idea of White starting off as a good (albeit egocentric) cadet, all the while hiding his dark desires. After all, he's one of the best. He'll be a Ranger in no time. Then the Academy is destroyed, and his dreams go up in smoke. With his home now gone, he snaps, blaming the Hyperforce Rangers for taking away his birthright. Over time, he turns into this psychotic hunter who's obsessed with proving how 'worthy' he is. He trained all of his life, he deserves to have that power.

Ya know, Lothor was the Only Bad guy related to a Ranger that wasn't BW'd, I'd like to see a 6th Ranger find out that their "Zordon of the season" was one of their parents while Being the Son AND Evil Ranger of the "Rita of the Season" and thus the "Heir to Both Good and Evil".

Sounds like an awesome twist, but I'd imagine it would work just as well for one of the main 5 (or 3). Hell, imagine if one of the less significant Rangers (Yellow, Green or Black) was the main villain's offspring.

Cam / Lothor (But that guy was Cam's Uncle)
Nick / Koragg (Ranger Son, and Brainwashed Evil Ranger Father, AND a Ranger Mother.)
... ... ... ...
But I really wanna see something Like "Zordon of the Season" got "Rita otS" pregnant but she turned Evil and no one knew she was pregnant during the like 2 to 3 month long 'War' before they trap each other. "
Rita otS" gives birth to her Son "Tommy otS" and trains him to be evil never telling him that "Zordon otS" the man who imprisoned them was also his Father, thus he was raised as an Evil Ranger from the Beginning and then they are freed by stupid Humans.
"Tommy otS" later learns the truth ignores it for the most part but is still falling for "Kimberly otS" and 'turns' good to be with her.
A Dear John Letter in this situation would destroy him and Turn him evil again Forever, lol.

Talons on the boots are a bit much, but I like the overall look of this guy.
