Quite honestly, I thought the original design was kick-ass already, but maybe... personally, i thought it kinda resembled the rider designs from the movie "The First" and "The Next" too much, Although I say so, I had to keep those features and try adding a little something different. The Rust bit was a bit tricky, but i guess this will do...

In an alternate rider world, The Hopper riders were destroyed by the mass produced Shocker Riders under the leadership of their general, Shocker Inhumanoid V3.

With the heroes gone, Japan was easy picking, but to conquer the rest of the world, a new group of Shocker Riders were being created from the remains of the 1st 2 Hopper Riders along with the Nanobots used to create V3.

The new Shocker Riders were more superior to the old ones, but one of them stood out in terms of skill, power and tactics. Even to the extend of surpassing V3, which the general was not interested in being a Shocker Rider's subordinate.

V3 cunningly devised a way to Frame this Shocker Rider, and had him put on trial as a traitor. Although he was truly loyal to Shocker, it was not enough to save him from his execution under the ANTI-CYBORG ray.

His remains were thrown down the waste pipes where all the other failed creations were left to rot. But for some reason, the hatred this Shocker Rider had in his last moments before death seemed to triggered a different reaction within his Nanobots and used different parts of other spoiled rotten cyborgs around him to heal.

8 months has passed, the Shocker Rider could feel his body again, but was missing certain parts to allow him to move. Suddenly, an eerie ghostly figure came before him and offered her nanobots as well as her body to complete him, but in return he must destroy Shocker as well as end V3's reign. The Shocker Rider gladly accepted.

2 months later, a strong rumor rose among the Shocker Cyborg Mutants that there is someone destroying every running operation under V3's leadership. They heard that this kamen rider like figure could not be touched as their hands would rot or among cyborgs, they would rust and decay. the figure could also take metal pieces together and mold it into a rusting weapon of any kind, they also say that he has a Rider Kick that disintegrate his opposers.

it was not long untill V3 decided to code name this new treat to Shocker, Kamen Rider Rust.
