Description
Here are the forms RiderB0y has with the Most restrictions or risks.
KR Stronger Charge Up Mode = disperse charge under a minute or self destruct.
KR Kuuga Pegasus Form = If he goes over, he'll revert back to normal RiderB0y Unconscious for 10 minutes, and his link with Kuuga is blocked for 2 hours.
KR Faiz Axel Form = Because this form allows only Once per transformation, Clock Up is usually used instead.
KR Blade King Form = longer than 15 minutes, there is a high risk of becoming an Undead Joker.
KR OOO Putotyrano Combo = longer than 15 minutes, a chance of going Berserk or Turning into a Greeed

got some idea: W.I.L.L. system - all forms with no blocks, but makes danger of turning into multi-kaijin/king dark and/or "final evil" if "darkness in heart"

One question: can he link with Rider's S.I.C. only forms? (eg, Garren King Form)?

the Stone of the Moon, allows him to use forms or abilities from the past or future of Riders.
But if it was never shown in the TV series or Movies, he would have to at least seen an image or read facts and UNDERSTAND about the ability outside of the series.
In terms of Unused Blade Undead cards, its easier to imagine after reading what the cards were intended to do combine with the visual idea from the TV series.
In terms of Garren King Form, although there is an image, there is not enough Data about the form to be read and as such RiderB0y has no access to this form....
