After the victory in the Secret War against the crimson Shadow Moon from conquering every Kamen Rider Time line.
It greatly Sadden Minami Kohtaro that even in Nobuhiko’s dying breathe he did not recognize him and died in regrettable defeat.
Later that day, Hongō Takeshi & Ichimonji Hayato created the Unity Buckle using Shadow Moon’s broken King Stone. To complete the device, the 2 veteran Riders gather every rider that day to place a small hint of their soul into the stone before the final touch. Although Kohtaro was initially hesitant with the idea, he went with it in the end after knowing how it might be used.
As Brian reluctantly placed his hand onto the Unity Buckle, the device was completed with his soul forming the Seal over the Moon Stone in the symbol of his Family Mark that meant “KING”.

After Brian finally got to see the 1st episode of Kamen Rider Decade subbed in English, he quietly sneaked out of the new house his Sister & her boyfriend bought to head out somewhere to try his New RiderLink with Decade imagining all the possibilities he could do with double the amount of links.
To RiderB0y’s surprise however, nothing happened no matter how hard he tried to imagine and remember what he saw Kadoya Tsukasa did as DCD, he was completely unable to conjure anything from that Rider.
Even after the finale episode, Brian was still unable to create any RiderLinks with KR DCD. He was however relieved that he could easily pull out Gaia Memories. He eventually decided to let go of his obsession to gain Decade’s RiderLink and just considered it as something the universe didn’t want to him possess.

After his graduation in February, Brian has been busy looking for a job and takes care of the house while his Sister & soon to be Brother In-Law work in the day time. That afternoon, he got a phone call from his Sister to close all the windows, doors and repositions the 2nd car in the house just under the parking roof as there are some reports of a massive strange storm coming soon to Perth, Australia.
After handling everything, although his Sister told him it was best not to turn on the TV, not having a modern smartphone at time and limited internet data to use made it ridiculously tempting.

After 5 minutes of channel searching, suddenly a breaking news.

“Good Afternoon, We’re being warned that small consistent tremors are happening in the central of Perth City. Jovany Marks has been following the progress of this event and has informed me that evacuations are happening slowly.
Certainly is Tim, and you probably think by now more people should be worried enough to – “
    - A Sudden Strong Earthquake Attacks the Vicinity with the view on screen violently shaking and disappears -

“ Jovany…. Jovany are you still there!? …. Erm… We’re sorry Ladies and Gentlemen, but- “

    - The Screen Comes Back On with People running frantically in Screams of Terror and Chaos –

“ OH MY GOD!, Something has Risen from the Ground, Some… Some Kind of Temple, there is an Emblem of …. A 2 Headed Bird on it…. With the letters … D…C..D???”
     - An Army of Black suited Soldiers alongside Monsters can be seen Swarming out of the Temple –

“ HOLY SHIT!, TIM! Call The Army! Call The Marines! Call Rider – “
“…………………. *the Face of sheer shock* ….. God Save Us All….From This Act of Terrorism… “

Brian: *Still Seated and Breathing Heavily* shit… shit… F@#K ! F3k F#k ... AHHH SHITTTT!! WHaT The F@#K !!!! er… ERRR… I gotta ….     - After Brian places the letter onto the dining table, he quickly conjures out the Unity Buckle –

Brian: HENSHIN! *after he Transforms into RiderB0y, he uses the RiderLink of Kamen Rider Odin to teleport out of the house to the scene of chaos*.

    - The Note on the Table writes “Dear Sis and Raf, I have joined others to run into the deeper suburbs, don’t worry. See you soon. Love BRO ”
