HONESTLY?
Water colour paints. They are pretty easy to work with and look RAD but they dont really last an entire con day unless you dont accidentally scratch it off or put it in a place with lots of natural movement/sweat (the blood on my neck vanishes first, the blood on my cheek and nose stays all day : D)

The first is a masterpiece, I would only reccomend the second if you enjoyed the first. Infinite is totally different canon and not related to the story of bioshock 1 and 2 so you are good there X3
