I was working on this piece with a set idea of what I wanted. I chose red and black after seeing one of ~breakerr 's recent works. The funny thing was the more I worked it, the more it reminded me of Spawn. So I did a whole design around the image itself. Once I realized it looked like spawn I declared THIS IS MY FAVORITE PIECE TO DATE! I am a big spawn fan. So I guess you can consider this semi-spawn fan art.

Holy crap. Nice job. The cape is VERY alive there, heheheh. And then, from a small shot of the pic, you can just barely see him peeking through the chaos... that's awesome.

bah... not to seem like an ass, but for some reason, i don't see anything good about this piece.
heres why:
- The render looks like a blob of distorted spheres and other primitives...
- There is no good material, its just basic colors... too flat, if you ask me.
- The typo is hideous.
- There is not enough PS work on this... no focal point and the lack of depth is annoyingly apparant.
you won't improve if you pay attention to the "this is so cool" crap. trust me on that one, its better to have someone tell you what he/she thinks is wrong than to have people just say something about how great it is... but then again, if YOU like it, i guess that is all that counts
