Harley's a strong, athletic woman with long hair and extensive vitiligo. She's absolutely the go-getter type, being very confident in everything she does and always looking to learn something new, making her quite the jack of all trades! She's very eager and enthusiastic, and this coupled with her great work ethic and high drive makes her a great person to have by your side in any situation. Harley is equally as personable and is always willing to help out anyone in need! She gets the most joy in life out of being a positive force in others' lives, though it's not uncommon for her to bite off more than she can chew, or sacrifice all of her personal time and energy for the sake of others. Unfortunately, she's quite reckless, overconfident at times, stubborn as a moose, and very naive; despite her plentiful survival skills, her intention-reading skills and nuance with who she trusts could use some work.

She was born a military brat; her father Robin Rebane was stationed at a naval base near her seaside home village, where he met and soon fell in love with her mother Asherah Seok. Harley was born a couple years later, and the small family hopped from base to base until her father had completed his service. After six years when his enlistment contract was over, they moved back to her mother's home village. Her upbringing was where she learned a good bit of her initial life skills, including how to shoot a bow, wield a knife, fish, hunt, whittle, weave and sew, cook, and care for both animals and human children.

When she was 14, her father drowned in a freak accident; after a year of grieving his passing, she and her mother moved back to the USA and she entered the public school system. There she completed her schooling and joined the army herself out of high school. After completing her own contract, she decided to start fresh and moved to Akantha. She ended up landing on the west side of the country and sought work as a ranch-hand at one of the many ranches in the area.

After a couple of years of learning to work with horses, she started training to ride competitively -- initially just for fun, but these days she's looking to branch out past the novice branches of competition. Things have largely been smooth sailing for her, save for an accident of her own where she got stuck in a blizzard, and nearly died from a combination of hypothermia and the spread of an existing small infection; she's been notably fearful during stormy weather or when sick ever since, but will otherwise stare down even a rampaging bull or hungry wolf without flinching.

She has retained her habit of waking up far too early in the morning from her military days, likes to practice archery as a hobby, and thinks cold weather is objectively better than hot weather (despite her bad experience with blizzards). Pretty women are her weakness (as she is ever the disaster bisexual), she always carries around a small dragon-motif locket she got from her mother, and her favorite color is orange. She spends much of her time helping out anywhere she can reasonably stick herself, and bickering with the Ranch's on-site doctor, Ustus.

My babygirl has a HARPG ref now!! Yippee!! I still don't know what to call the ranch she and Ustus work at tho one day I'll come up with a name haha. I will also finish the ref of her vitiligo placement and scars EVENTUALLY. sometime. maybe. i need to lmao

I also totally need to add just oneee more color to her color palette... had a very nice mirrored layout and then after filling them all in I realized I had one too many triangles T^T
