Description
I saw a lot of people liked the "Ugly Duckling" illustration series. But there's one more illustration: the happy ending. Didn't upload this for so long because I wasn't really happy with it, but for some reason I feel like sharing it with all of you. maybe because there were a lot of people saying that the second one looked so sad..so here's the happy ending for the story. Have a happy happy spring ^^Related content

Thanks! Tough to be fair, I'm not really happy with the last one and if I had to draw this again now, it would be totally different.

Благодаря! Обикновено е смесено-в случая цветни моливи, графитен молив, бял туш и вероятно малко акварел тук-там

Beautiful use of colored pencils. I'm shocked by the delicacy of this 'happy ending.' The picture is so ethereal. It seems like a perfect metaphor for spring. Lovely work.

Thank you so much for your kind words. For me the ending of this story has always been the most magical part. I've always imagined the lake and the new swan in it as something, as you said, ethereal, dreamy and in the same time filled with happiness. Maybe it's like that for a lot of people, I don't know. But I'm glad you felt the same

i think all of these are wonderful illustrations, with a lot of emotion in each one. i can definitely see how the duckling/swan felt in every one. well done!

Thank you so much! If you can really feel for the duckling in each illustration than it's indeed a job well done, I'm so happy!

I did a little course in animation some time ago, it was my childhood dream -.- but I never really finished the project. Wish I could one day. or just make a new one, I really feel like working on an animated short :3
