I basically used all the same parts except for the coat (which one day I should update to one with physics but there is a shortage of coats)

What program do you use to open the .pmd file? They're great models and I'd like to use them but I can't open the file :/

MMD is what you use. It's a free program where you can make pmd models dance.

Speaking of fabulous, I remember Mello's voice actor and the director saying like "Is he wearing a feather boa? Very stylish with the blonde hair and feathers" That made me crack up so hard XD
