I've been making drawings for the patrons in Monday and today. The drawing for today is almost finished, although it's not going to be submitted in this website. However, I think you might be interested in a sketch I've made.

Twilight is defeated by Tempest Shadow and she is trying to break her horn unless the princess of friendship gives up and joins her. Her home is on fire, everypony has to run away, the soldiers of king Storm are victorious. Twilight has to do one of two things: She would reason with her or she would give up.

Since the moment I saw the trailer of My Little Pony the movie, Tempest Shadow and king Storm were the kind of villains I wanted from the show for a very long time. The last times I've seen great villains in the show were in Twilight's kingdom and A Canterlot Wedding. Tirek was a good classic villain and Chrysalis was a promising villain until Hasbro says "ok, change the changelings for season 6". I wouldn't be surprised if they said the same thing about Tempest Shadow. "Hey, change her design despite the fact the film will come out in 2 weeks". xD

I've edited the picture with DeviantArt muro. It's the first time I've used that app and I used it for some contrast of the picture. At first it looked very grey.

There's a couple of problems with the drawing. It needs more details such as Storm's soldiers in the background and one hoof of Celestia in the small river (to imply the idea she's also defeated). I also have to change the legs of Tempest Shadow. She's using her strength with her right leg. It looks awkward, so I'm going to change her right leg for her left leg in the future.

I had in mind the scene of The Force Awakens where the stormtroopers are destroying a little town in Jakku in order to make this drawing.

This is not the first time I've drawn Twilight defeated. Years ago I've made this .

The movie looks good at the moment. I love its art design (which is appropiated for this kind of adaptation instead of Flash), the characters, the feeling of adventure, the new characters... I really like it.
