This is Smiley (or The Smiley Face) and he's a character created for a Shadowrun 4th Edition pen and paper game.

This is the request of
He gave me many references for character's clothes and the car (that is Porsche Winter). The background is near-futuristic Seattle, accomplished with adding the Seattle Space Needle in the horizon

This was a difficult one, and it was actually me who wanted such a detailed background….

Drawn mostly with Painter 11, some finishing work with Photoshop CS4.
