Its very simple actually, and you don't need any special tools, just MS Paint and this website.
Soooo, say you have a picture like this:
Make 3 copies of this picture, and subsequently label each one "1" "2" "3"
Open up the first frame (1) in Paint (or whatever image editing program you prefer). Use the "Select" tool to drag
the center of the image closer to the lower corner left-hand (red lines represent positioning):
