...LIEK SHIPPING!! WARUxABELOTH...a.k.a. WaruBeloth!While usually I don't partake in shipping myself, I figured that both Waru and Abeloth were just wacky enough by themselves that they would be perfect for each other! Also, decided to draw the two of them in Genndy Tartakovski's 2003 Clone Wars art style.
This is for you, . You left me no choice...
So here we have Waru, a giant goopy thing with golden scales that is from another dimension with anti-Force (yes..this actually happened in Star Wars: The Crystal Star), taking Abeloth, a manifestation of the Dark Side of the Force and made of pure chaos (yes...this happened too, in the Fate of the Jedi books) on a romantic walk/float in some dark place.
A: "I am pleased with this place, as I am pleased with you, Waru."
W: "And I am proud to escort you, my Beloved Queen of the Stars."
A: "Oh you..."
W: "Oh me..."

^^ Both of them are just so wacky! They both really needed a heavy dose of "mysterious" rather than trying to science everything and quantify their existence. From the second I read Waru's description, he struck me as a gelatinous cube in scalemail armor. It says he's "blob-like", so your idea of a clam covered in golden scales is probably more accurate...I blame his cuboid rendition as how he would look in the CW style
LOL I had to look that up. I now know that yes, they are each others' one true pairing.
