Description When you go lighter with your colors, if the darks are 'brushed out' towards the end, the light colors are passed over the brushed parts of the color before it. Like the orange and yellow in this pic. Brushing out the orange makes it blend better with the yellow so you don't get the rainbow effect. By that i mean the color stop abruptly then change to the next color without any gradual fade.
