Then i take the white color pencil to blend all the colors together so they don't look so scratched in. It smoothens the colors out a bit more and presses them together a little better.
Then alot of times i do a little shading in the background outside of the drawing to pull the design out a bit more, and to make the bright colors appear brighter. Hope that helps.
