FINALLY! I can start uploading my entry pages for the IDD competition! These are my racers: Random Food Word Girl and Riverfox. (Please Note: Riverfox is NOT me. She is a character who was given that name. To her and RFWGirl, I am known as The Author.)

I colored them in only the basic tones due to lack of time and lack of experience w/ the art program I'm using, but I wanted to give at least a basic idea of their collective color schemes. Overall, I think they turned out okay. Read on for additional information on my racers!

Random Food Word Girl and Riverfox hail from the Random Insanity Dimension, where they, along with their counterpart Typer, keep things running smoothly in the universe. Because there are three of them, and because each of them was designed based on a different part of their creator's personality (me), they are also known as the Thirds.
In the RIU, anything is possible, except for certain heinous crimes and death of a sentient person. The whole dimension runs much like a computer, which is why Typer (who is not shown here) can control many aspects of the world they live in using a powerful laptop computer. For the most part, though, the three of them just run around doing their own thing, having fun and causing havoc (which Typer then has to fix, much to her disgruntlement.) Another key factor of the RIU is that you can get to pretty much any other fictional universe from it; you just have to find the right inter-dimensional portal.
Oh yeah, and everyone in this universe is pretty much aware that they live in a fictional universe. It actually doesn't affect them much.

Random Food Word Girl is the goofy one of the bunch. She is fun-loving, care-free, occasionaly a bit absent-minded, and likes to consider herself similar to a superhero. Her special powers include Limited Flight Abilities - meaning that, although she can fly, she likes to avoid going too high or flying over, say, thorn bushes for...rather obvious reasons - and she is a Confusion Expert. By yelling Random Food Words (thus her name), she can create confusion in anyone within hearing, except for her fellow Thirds, who are too used to her to be bothered. She says random food words in casual conversation, which leads to little more than mild disorientation, but does the most damage when angry and screaming them at the top of her lungs; this is actually very hazardous, as a direct hit can make the person in question black out of completely forget who and where they are for a considerable amount of time. Overall, though, RFWGirl is a very nice, friendly person who gets along with pretty much everyone.

Riverfox the Otter Warrior Girl is an Otter Morph, and that's all we're divulging on that subject. She is the adventurous one of the Random Insanity Trio and usually the first to get into anything even remotely exciting - usually dragging the others along with her. She has a knack for befreidning very large and/or dangerous creatures, like Larry the Dragon-Ferret, who couldn't be entered in this contest because he flies. Her temper, while held back rather well, still tends to be a bit more explosive than the other two. She is an excellent hand-to-hand fighter, an expert lightsaber wielder (no Force powers included), and has a pocket dimension behind her back from which she can draw Bob the Rocket Launcher, as well as several other types of weapons. Her armor is worn at all times and made of a highly durable leather, and is similar in make to Samurai armor.
And YES, she is a girl. I refuse to give her certain human parts, like hair, because she is more otter than human in this form, and I prefer it that way. She gets a bit testy if people continually mistake her for a guy, though.

One further note, because it WILL come up: being from the RIU, the girls have the ability to grab items from behind things. There is a logic rule to the RIU: magic does not exist, and so nothing can appear out of thin air. But if you want, say, a spoon, and you reach into a pocket or other spoon-sized area, you can withdraw a spoon. It's not a matter of whether or not it was there; it only matters that it COULD have been there.
