This is the first stamp I've made with this I have more coming soon. I just thought I'd make this because I'm sick of people using the "Autism" card as an excuse to get away with what they want to justify what they're doing in bad actions.Not only is the excuse used to avoid criticism, but almost every person (namely butthurt Sonic fans) use it as an excuse to avoid hate. This is very insulting. You're insulting people with disabilities and are naming it as a handicap to yourself because you don't want to admit your wrong doings and mistakes. Using this is very offensive and seeing people use this card is sad and downright insulting.
Anyone who uses Autism as an excuse should be ashamed of themselves, it doesn't make criticism go away, your actions and how you react to things do! Nobody is going to pity a disgusting person who can't even think or justify their own actions.
To those people who agree with me. (You people are free to use this stamp as you wish)

While I don't have Autism, but I DO have ADHD. But I don't use it to "justify my actions." And I don't want people to look at me and say that I'm using it as an excuse. Rather, I hope that people will look at me and at least try to understand why I act the way I do.

This girl on tumblr who claimed to have autism also liked to harass and troll people she still does.
She harasses them first and trolls them first if they don't agree with her or like her horrid oc characters or want to rp with her and then when you call her out on harassing someone or tell her to fuck off or leave you alone she turns the tables and tries to play victim and use her I have autism get out of jail free card. She likes to make it look like everyone else is harassing her which is not true. Just like her having autism is not true. I know a fake autistic when I see one. And I know a bad troll on tumblr when I see one.

I agree with this completely.
I recently was dealing with a girl on tumblr that claimed to have autism(big fat lie if i ever saw one)she was just using it as an excuse to bully people/troll people/ harass people on tumblr and in general.
It made her look like a complete moron still does since she still uses autism as an excuse to harass people if they don't agree with her and her opinions she was using it as an excuse to harass me and my friends on tumblr. Thankfully we decided not to put up with her bs any longer.
If you have it hey that's totally fine just don't fake it if you don't and don't use it as an exuse to constantly harass someone if they don't agree with you or share the same opinions as you. Especially on site likes tumblr~

Using autism as an excuse to be a jerk gives other autistic people a bad reputation and using autism as an insult doesn't make the mean person smart either.

A friend of mine had a cousin who accidently wandered off and was lost for weeks. He has autism.
My best friend gave his money to a hobo. He has autism.
A child was willing to do the ALS challenge for the charitable reason. He has autism.
A kid I knew claimed to have autism. He has never come close to anything mentioned above...

I have a learning disability but I never use that as an excuse.

I was going to make a reference to a Disney show called "shake it up!" since Ci Ci (however it's spelled) was dyslexic, but she was JUST as capable as the other protagonist. She actually has slightly better dancing skills, and if I'm not mistaken, the only thing she lacks is intelligence, or at least a strive for one.
