!!WARNING BIG FILE!!My first step by step posted here...Ah, well, I'm a bit suck teaching people =w= so I did not put any words here...but hope you like it :< Feel free to download or share, remember, do NOT remove the credit~
In this (suck)tutorial, I only use 2 layers (for sketch and color) and 2 tools (Default SAI Airbrush (from step 1-11) and my custom brush (step 12, painting)). I think you do not really need my custom brush if you use Lineart (coz I prefer painting tho lol), just use thin Lineart on the eyeball so the highlights not covered by the Lineart too much :3 :3
