Description
This was made due to popular demand on phantomoftheopera.com. My version of Erik unmasked. It combines the facial deformations of Michael Crawford, with the eyes and noseless-ness of Erik as described in Leroux's novel, and Gerard Butler as well. My poto.com (where I am known as NoOneWouldListen/NOWL) signature is along the bottom edge.Update: Here are my other Lerik-Gerik pictures on dA.

Oh, it's a great thing! I've seen far to many Eriks with their little slightly rash-ish faces, saying 'Oh! I am really, really ugly! Damn me!'... ugh. Surely I don't have to elaborate.

And THAT is how it' supposed to be. I love Gerry, but the 'tanning booth mishap' was laughable.
Great job incorperating all of the other versions of Phantom. Truly well done.
Now if we could only send this to Webber, you can show him how it's done.

Thank you so much!
I will never understand why the make-up designers decided to go that way with Erik's face. Maybe they'll make another movie of it some day, and get it right.
Glad you like it!

Judging by the reaction on all the other PotO site, you've got a lot of company.
Glad you like!

Yeah... It's an independent film, and it's not done yet, and they've not found a distributor, but it's going to go to some film festivals next year, and then maybe they'll put it on DVD.
There a board about it on poto. com: [link]

Huh. I hope it's good. It looks really low budget, though. But, who knows. Maybe itβll be good. Iβm not giving up on my Tim Burton POTO petition, though. LOL

Oh! I wish Tim Burton would make a movie of PotO! That would be great.
I heard something about a movie that's he's supposed to be making... listen to this: Jim Carrey, playing Robert Ripley (as in 'Believe it or Not), and Tim Burton's directing it. That will be an interesting movie...

cardowl In reply to RJDaae [2006-08-24 20:01:02 +0000 UTC]
I have a petition for that! If you want, I'll give you the link.
Oh, he's put off Believe it or Not for Sweeney Todd (starring Johnny Depp).
