FINALLY I GET TO POST THIS!This is my secret santa gift to done through the Fire-Emblem Club here on dA! It was so much fun to do this piece, as I've always wanted to do a detailed picture of Shinon (who is one of her favorite characters)!
But I didn't want it to be a picture of him just standing around looking lame; I wanted it to fit into the storyline of Fire Emblem.
So I used the occurences in Chapter 18 (of Path of Radiance) to base my picture off. For those of you who don't know, that's when you get the opportunity to get Shinon back into your party! HUZZAH.
Yeah, I really am proud of this picture (except Rolf, who ruins the picture just by BEING IN IT. Sorry, Rolf-fans.
I just had to put him in because it fit with the story). It took a good 10 hours or so to do, because I'm very nit-picky about details.Anyway, I hope everyone likes it, and MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Thank you very much! XD I adore Shinon, he adds so much emotion and insanity to the game. I'm glad you were able to get him back on the second go-round! I think I actually did the same thing (and then I cheated and got a sheet of all the unlockable characters off the internet)!

It's great, too, because Shinon is so GOOD. XD Trying to build up Rolf was always a pain, but it's nice to have a strong archer like Shinon.
And his personality is just EPIC.

Haha I had such a good time when I trained Rolf with my friendXD I mean, it was hard and frustraiting sometimes but we had good laughs when we were making jokes about it all the timeX] (don't ask what those jokes were, we were tired and had had too much sugar so we laughed at almost everythingX'D).

Haha I can draw couple of my favourite characters too for the SS FE giftX3 I finally got the sketch ready for scanning and then I'll start working on it on comp^w^ And I really hope GIMP won't let me down... (I don't have photoshop yet...TT__TT) Couple of days ago I had worked on a pic for about 2h and I hadn't remembered to save it since I'm still new with this digital drawing (traditionally drawing you don't have to think about saving or anythingXD) and then GIMP restarted on it's own and you can guess the restTT____TT Well, did it all over again and now I remember to save my worksXD
Let's hope everyone can get their SSFE gifts finished in time so no one would be left without the best Chrismas gift an artist can haveX]

I just have to remember where I put my art--which is a lot easier to do than remembering to save. Haha!
This year I hope to learn how to use photoshop. I've only touched it, like, twice, and I feel like I need to at least do a good test-drive with it! Traditional media can be really... limiting sometimes.

Yeah I was like "nooooooTT__TT" when I realized that I had lost everything I had coloured so far... But I started all over again (after I had sweared A LOT first...XD) and I finished it on last Friday and it's now in my gallery
I wish I had photoshopTT^TT Gimp is okay but when I got my hands on our school's photoshop in art class I liked it better than gimp... I wish you luck with taming photoshopX3
