It's really easy. You just roll the dough, then flatten it, and put it together. ...It's hard to explain but easy to do once you get the hang of it. Thank you again.

I love these. I still think you need to do them with icing and make a cake. I have an idea...do a bunch of roses like these and add the stems and buds or combine the 3D roses with a drawing underneath.
