Framing in the cornice & parapet along the top of the building. Next is adding the plate behind the rectangle openings.

This is a new 1:12 scale Miniatures project I'm un-officially calling a Drugstore / Office building. Ground floor will be a retail store space, the upper two floors office or residential floors. It will have the option of an old-time drugstore, deli, pastry shop, soda fountain, etc depending on what the collector would like.

It's roughed in at 36"high x 36"wide x 18" deep.
