Description
This is a wood version of the Tesseract 4-dimensional 8 cell hypercube that I made recently. Its too bad its not animated to go thru itself over and over like the computer animation versions do [link]
I bet there are alot of CGI and fractal animators that would love to get a hold of this one

This is made of 2 cubes (12 pieces each) with each of the 8 angled mounts consisting of 3 pieces each for a total of 48 pieces of wood. Everything is mitered to fit snug, and its actually kind of heavy! Every piece is also mitered to lean inward to the imaginary center point.

That's a lot of compound miters!

All of these pieces in the photos are just clear coat for photo clarity and better shadow depth definition. I can wood stain them however anyone wishes.
