Just did this to see how one of my killbots would animate. I'm pleased with the animation, but the sound effects in this piss me off because they are so bad and the fact that I have a photo as the background...but moreso the sounds
I'll probably scrap this baby, because it's really just a test, and I'm not proud of it.Good day
EDIT: I was just thinking about it, and this animation + sound combo really reminds me of Speed Racer (which pwns, btw)! To be more specific it seems like Speed Racer meets Wacky Wheels (I desperately hope one of my lovely watchers has memories of it and then comments about it

Oh my god, it totally reminds me of Carmen Sandiego now that I think about it. My whole family used to play 'Where in the World is..' back in the day. I'd even say the sound effects remind me of the game too.

Hey that looks pretty good. As you said the picture background looks a little weird but the rest looks really good.
I actually like the sounds, as you said it reminds me of cartoons I watched when growing up.

Thanks, yeah that picture was really just so I would have a plate to animate on, I thought about tracing some of it to make it all cartoon-like, but I couldn't be bothered for this test. Drawing in those skidmarks was enough extra work for one day.

I also suggest buying some of the same guys tutorials at [link] It's cheap, I got the Animation Course and it was really helpful. I've never actually used Photoshop. I started using Paint Shop Pro in 2001 and it was always fine. Now I do everything, except for photo-related things, in Flash.

so your last piece was actually flash? thats a lot like vector very nice Ive always enjoyed those pieces simply because its not traditional art but it potrays something different very contemporary almost something you would see on shirts and stuff like that for bands. You should look into selling some of that it would sell fast here in the USA
